In case of cargo detention, loss, theft or robbery for any reason, our company shall compensate twice the freight fee (excluding delivery fees). 

Freight fees are non-refundable. No compensation will be made for partial loss, customer rejection or losses caused by force majeure. No disputes will be entertained.
